Step 2: Interviews

Your application will be reviewed and considered by the Admissions Committee.

The Boucher Institute Admissions Committee will review all applications received from NDCAS and assess applicants for interview consideration. If you are selected for an interview, a fee of $150 CDN will be due on the day of your interview.

Please note: not all applicants are offered an interview, and not all applicants who are interviewed are offered a seat in the program. You will be notified of a decision either by phone or email.

The Interview Process

Applicants selected for an interview will be contacted by phone or email to schedule the interview. If you are not chosen for an interview you will also be notified. Applicants will be provided with all upcoming available interview dates and may select any interview date that is available - interviews are typically conducted on Thursdays. We strongly encourage an in-person interview, but interviews by Skype are also acceptable on a limited basis only.

Each applicant must electronically submit the following to the Boucher Institute Admissions Committee at least one week prior to the interview:

Study Plan: applicants who have outstanding academic requirements at the time of application must submit a study plan, which outlines their plans to complete prerequisite courses. Please include course name, number, institution, start date, end date and brief course description/overview as well as link to the official course website.

Important: All of the specified prerequisite courses must be successfully completed no later than one month prior to matriculation into the program. We must receive official transcripts for all prerequisites and proof of degree completion in order for you to matriculate.

Student Budget Worksheet: students are strongly advised to complete the budget worksheet to help show preparedness for the financial obligations of a four-year program.  This document is not to be submitted and is not used to evaluate candidates.
