Where are you located?
- LOCATION: The Boucher Centre is conveniently located in a building adjacent to the Columbia SkyTrain Station in New Westminster, accessible by the Millennium and Expo Lines.

Will my visits be covered by my extended health care plan?
Naturopathic medical treatment is covered by many extended medical plans - you will be provided with a receipt that can be submitted for reimbursement. Please check with your plan provider to determine your coverage.
How do I schedule my appointment?
Call us any time to schedule an appointment. If no one is available, please leave a message indicating your name, phone number and date and time preferences. Please indicate whether we may leave a message.
What can I expect on my first few visits?
First Visit
During the first visit we take in your full medical history in order to fully assess your health concerns. As this is an in depth process, and we are a teaching clinic, first visits generally last about 1.5 hours.
- Prior to your visit, please be sure to download the Patient Information Form from the Patient Forms and Booking page.
Whom will I be seeing during my visit?
Your health-care team consists of a licensed naturopathic physician, a senior clinic intern and a junior clinic intern.
