In addition to our on-site teaching clinic, the Boucher Institute's clinic interns also operate out of four external community clinics across B.C. - the Vancouver-based Friends for Life Society, BC's Positive Living Society, and the Victoria-based Family Naturopathic Clinic.
Our external teaching sites enable students to gain experience treating different patient groups using a range of treatment modalities. They also speak to the Boucher Institute's commitment to servicing communities in need by delivering quality, patient-centered care and support to individuals who may otherwise have limited or no opportunity for access to such services. Health education, wellness-focused health promotion, chronic disease management, and primary naturopathic care are few of the ways that our naturopathic doctors and student practitioners are making a difference.
